Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

All orders are processed and shipped twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Orders placed after a shipping day will be included in the next scheduled shipment. Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, but we always aim to ship as quickly and carefully as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Rates & Volume Classes

Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, not item count. This system helps reduce wasted space, unnecessary packaging, and excess shipping costs.

• Regular Shipping — $9.99
  Less than one full shipping bag

• Discount Shipping — $4.99
  Between one and two full shipping bags

• VIP Shipping — Free
  Two or more full shipping bags or orders totaling $200 or more

Orders automatically qualify for the best applicable rate at checkout.

Packaging & Sustainability

We prioritize thoughtful, lower-waste packaging whenever possible.

• Clothing is shipped in 100 percent compostable, biodegradable poly mailers

• Items are protected with compostable clear inventory bags to keep garments clean and secure

• Art and decor pieces are shipped in cardboard boxes to ensure proper protection in transit

For larger or high-volume orders, packaging materials may vary based on availability and durability needs.

All items are carefully inspected, packed, and sealed before shipping. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
