Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the vintage, pre-owned, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Condition & Item Descriptions

All items are sold as-is and are carefully inspected prior to listing. Any notable wear, flaws, or imperfections are disclosed in the product description or visible in photos.

Please review item photos, descriptions, measurements, and sizing information carefully before purchasing. Vintage sizing may differ from modern sizing standards.

Shipping Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review the issue and assist where appropriate. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Address

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are not eligible for refunds. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
